Fortis ARM Care & Shoulder Work
MSA is partnering with The Fortis Academy this fall to provide our baseball athletes with shoulder and core strengthening sessions at our batting cages. The goal of these sessions is to strengthen these areas to increase throwing and pitching performance while also reducing baseball-related injury risk.
